  • Event had evening sessions Mon - Thur, requiring additional labor on-site. (12+ hours of filming Mon-Thur)
  • Because the client did not require more than the 5 videos being delivered within 24 hours, we started with the pricing as if all content was needed in 4 weeks, which would have made the pricing calculator estimate provide a cost of $58,800.
  • Additional expenses for the on-site editor and 12+ hour days required additional labor on-site for the week, resulting in a final cost of $72,475.

These custom adjustments lowered the final cost by $16,950.
